So i just tuned my 07 335i that has FBO inlets with mhd stage2+ 93octane
i took it for a test drive afterwards and everytime i hop on my local bypass and do a 2-3gear pull it pops an engine light and the code is for 30FF low boost which reading my log it usually isnt hitting close to target. 11-12psi instead of 17-18psi.
now my turbos are new i had them replaced i dont think even 10k ago and i checked my intercooler hoses theyre fine. I am running the stock DVs on my chargepipe thats the only thing i can think of.
once i figure out datazap ill post some logs

N54: N54 Low Pressure Fuel Sensor + Super Knocking
Hey all,
First time poster on here long time lurker.
Before you advise yes I've used the search button but no situation seems to fit mine right.
I have a particular problem with my N54 E90 335i where I am having the 29F3 low pressure fuel code along with super knocking codes.
The mods are:
MHD Stage 2+ 93/98 tune
XHP ZF6 stage 3 tune
1320 Mandrel Bend Down pipes
Wagner Evo 2 Intercooler
Vrsf Chargepipes
BMS DCI
BMS Cowel delete.
On the MHD app it shows the there is no low pressure fuel being picked up however AFR and Fuel Rail Pressure seems ok.
I have replaced the Low Pressure Fuel Sensor that lives under the intake manifold with no luck in rectifying this issue.
Other issues is rough warm misfiring like starts for about 10 seconds.
Super knock happens under load on low rpm just after a gear shift.
Below is a 3rd gear log for anyone who might be able to offer advice or ideas on how to fix this as I dont want to spend money on items I do not need.
I do plan on purchasing 1 step colder plugs as I feel the previous owner did Not do.

General: New King "GPC" coated silver based tri-metal rod bearings for N54, N55, N52, S55, N20, N26
Anyone hear anything about these? I was doing some research on rod bearings since I'm gonna pull my pan and do some maintenance anyway, and came across these.
King Engine Bearings is offering a new bearing as part of their King Racing product line and are calling it GPC technology. The product code is CR 222GPC and is an alternative to the normal CR 222SV they offer already. Says the applications are for N54, N55, N52, S55, N20, and N26 engines. Apparently it has a much higher load capacity and is coated in case of oil starvation. Oddly enough the video on the GPC website shows Ghassan and his 135i even though he runs the standard CR 222SV (I believe).
Taken from their website, the bearings have several layers including a top coating:
1) coating - 10 micron polymer coating containing solid lubricant and ceramic additives
2) top - silver based overlay
3) middle - lead free bronze with additional tin
4) base - steel
Load capacity is 17,000 psi compared to "available race materials" at 11,000 psi. Not sure about the testing methods or what brand they tested against - probably just marketing but I'm not an expert.

N54: N54 Log analysis
Hello all, please can somebody analyse my n54 log.
i have a problem with stft and afr on bank 1 is not reaching 234 immediatly after letting off the gas pedal, and a lot of cyl timing correction especially when engine reach normal temperature. (Although i changed my injectors and i put new ngk sparks plug gapped to 0.02" and i changed my coils, but still getting the same prob). Maybe it is an issue with fuel Oct rating???
Note: Im using a custom tune, and i tried to adjust fuel scalar to zeroize the stftf but no success.
here is a link to my datazap log:

N54: MSD81 with IJC0S -> IJE0S flashable?
Hey guys,
newbie question here:
Today I read my DME stage 0 flash with BB Flash 2.0.
Everything went OK, but then I discovered, the Software is an IJC0S (not the standard IJE0S for MSD81). When opening the file with tunerpro (and IJE0S XDF), the tables of the bin don't fit the xdf.
Thank you all!

- Where does this IJC0S version come from?
- Is it possible to flash for example the RFP IJE0S Stage 1 on my MSD81 ecu? (HW Partnumber from BB Flash 2.0: 7611358)
Thank you all!

N54: XHP version 3 maps . Testing on my Nizpro trans . What are our Experiences so far?
XHP have released V3 map for 335i/135i with some notable improvements around shift behaviour and a increased line pressure limit.
This may be a saviour for us with aftermarket upgraded trans builds. My Nizpro hasnt liked the XHP much and although its better than stock in shift times ,there is an erratic and inconsistant experience around a range of shifting behaviours that go with it.
I flashed this new version yesterday and so far it has greatly improved the situation with a small amount of tests after properly running in the flash (very very important).
So far I can say the shift consistancy is there along with smoother ,less jerky downshifts and importantly I havent yet experienced the really painful occasional torque drop (brick wall) when upshifting. On modified trans we get a mixture of behaviours from surging forward on upshifts to feeling like the car has lost power. So far so good. Will continue to report on it.
What are others experiences so far?

N54: Boost leak or nah?
So about a week ago i installed a vrsf 7.5in competition intercooler. Car runs fine and isnt throwing any codes. Now im on the stock tune with FBO and inlets. Getting ready to tune the car probably today. Stock tune is important to know because i cant log.
my question is, since i installed the intercooler my butt dyno says the car feels slower and like the engine isnt working as hard. However the speedometer is saying it is just as fast as before.
Is this something i should be looking for a boost leak or am i just paranoid?

N54: Cannot purchase MHD modules. Help!
So im an iphone user but obviously MHD is through google. So i bought an android tablet so that i can use it for tuning and monitoring purposes. Now i created a google account and downloaded MHD N54. Connect to my car yadayada you know the deal. Go to the license page to purchase the flasher module and maps. Everytime i try to buy the flasher module it says the transaction cannot be completed i googled it and it appears other users have ran into the same issue and had to call google to tell them to let the purchase through and still had to jump through hoops to get it done.
now here is where my big issue comes in. Due to COVID19 google does not have anyone at their offices offering any tech support so i am basically f***ed and cant do anything for who knows how long. I considered buying a play store card to make the purchases on but am worried it will still block the transaction. Does anyone have any ideas?
