Just wanted to share my experience with everyone so maybe when someone googles this issue in the future they may stumble upon this. I'll make this as short as possible. Its pretty simple.
My car shredded a belt. At the main seal. No big deal, replaced the belt and seal. Belt starts shredding again. For the lift of me couldnt find a striking point at idle. Found a small knick on the subframe. Researched that issue (if you're not familiar google it.) and determined that is what was happening, BUT, my manufacture year did not fall under the service bulletin. And even if it did BMW NA told me I could go bork myself. :confused:
Took an educated shot in the dark and just replaced the motor mounts. Left side stock replacement, right side replaced with 335is.
FIXED!!!
I asked around a little, talked to a couple shops, asked questions. I don't know anyone else this has happened too specifically. I've heard stories, but everyone it happened to said the subframe needed to be replaced. IDK, but I know my fix has been going strong for a while now.
