Can i get some feedback on these logs?

Can i get some feedback on these logs. I am Fbo+255LPFP and some custom fabricated 2.5" intakes coming right out of the turbo (tft style). Logs were in 3rd gear. I am running jb4+ bmw e85 flash running map 6 targeting 18.5 psi and i think i still have room for improvement on tunning end.
