Quick Connect Fuel Fitting Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the quick conenct fuel fittings like the ones on the rubber hose that runs from the hard plastic line under the car to the low pressure inlet pipe on the HPFP? I tried pushing in the clip while pushing/wiggling the body of the fitting but no dice. The clip is plastic and I don't want to break it so I figured I'd ask. ECS has a good picture of the part though the clips are blue on mine, but I doubt that matters.
