OpenFlash Won't Connect to Car

Hey guys,
So my Openflash Tablet won't connect to my car. Every time it starts writing and then says "failure to communicate with DME". I recently blew out a few transistors in my DME a couple weeks ago and replaced those but this thing will not connect at all. It says the same thing when I try to read codes also.

Any ideas??
