Boost requested - strange 2psi jump at 3k

I've got a weird persistent issue I've been having lately.

My requested boost starts at ~16psi, then suddenly jumps 2psi at about 3k:



Any ideas how I can smooth this out? I'm not opposed to modifying the tune in ATR. I just don't know what table to adjust.

I'm presently on Cobb Stage2 + FMIC Aggressive with 93 in the tank.
