Wo knows what these Tables are for?

There are some Tables in an N54 bin that there is no mention of whatsoever online. I'd like to know what they do and what units the values are actually in. They are:

EGT NOx Set Point (Cat Protection Mode)
Fuel (Min Cat Protection Mode)
Fuel Floor (Min Cat Protection Mode)
Load to Torque Limit 1, 2 and 3
Torque Limit Offset
Torque Limit Offset A
Boost Request Offset %
Threshold (Major Throttle Closure) - All i hear about this one is to change it to 0.960 but not what it does.
Load Target Limit Factor (ECT)
Specified Load
Torque Limiter 3

Also, is there a way to access any control over the water pump?
