My car is having this crazy rattle upon start up and sounds terrible. Upon a closer look and youtube found what it was . The waste gate rattle. They tell me that it wont be replaced unless its giving fault codes? So I told them u mean to tell me when the car breaks down! Is there any truth to this and whats the best way to go about it. Thanks in advance for any info in regards of this issue.
