How Many of You Have Changed O2 Sensors?

And what mileage? Did you change front and rears? Any defining attribute in logs? I think I may have a lazy O2 sensor...

It's been rumored that the rears do influence trimming control, and this is evident on other BMW chassis.

Any input?
